I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages to help them navigate our most common stressors, such as school, work, relationships, self-esteem, or life transitions. I have worked extensively with neurodivergent individuals who manage other challenges like depression and anxiety. I've helped many through their personal and professional journeys and worked with others on coping with and accepting our most difficult seasons.
