I am straight forward and empathetic which will allows my clients to feel safe and heard. My approach is a blend of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, person centered therapy, attachment therapy, cognitive behavior trauma focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, humanistic therapy, family systems, and psychodynamic theory.
