Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re trying to show up for everyone around you while staying connected to yourself. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and regain balance. I understand how challenging this can be. That’s why I studied social work—because of my deep belief in people’s capacity to heal and grow. Over the years, and through my own experiences in motherhood, I’ve seen how strong and adaptable we truly are, even in the toughest seasons.
