I am a strengths-based, trauma-informed psychotherapist who prioritizes meeting you where you are on your journey. I provide a safe space for exploration and growth. I am here to support you every step of the way to lay the groundwork for positive change. I work with clients of many age ranges. If you are struggling with anxiety, OCD, addiction, grief, self-esteem, life transitions (& more!), we would likely work well together!​ Some skills I utilize in sessions are pulled from CBT, DBT, IFS, & more, however, therapeutic approaches are not universal! There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
