I have over 20 years of experience in supporting clients’ mental health. I am passionate about working to help people heal from trauma, work through major life changes or help individuals find their voice and feel empowered. I take an integrative approach with my clients, and believe that establishing a relationship and trust are the most important elements for success. I believe that perinatal mental health is so important–for women to feel mentally resilient and supported during the whole life cycle of fertility.
