Many children and teens struggle with managing big emotions, staying focused, or feeling confident in themselves. They may experience anxiety, behavioral challenges, difficulty making friends, or trouble adjusting to changes such as a new school or family transitions. Parents often describe feeling unsure of how to best support their child.
