To others it may appear that you have it all together, but deep down there are things weighing on your heart or mind. You may feel a sense of anxiety, doubt, sadness or frustration without quite understanding why it persists. Or perhaps you have concerns about different areas of your life or the quality of your relationships, knowing well you want them to be different. Wherever you feel a sense of uneasiness, it is my goal to create a safe space for you to talk about and explore these areas, to honor your feelings and to be present as you foster self-awareness. Over time, self-awareness makes dealing with life's obstacles easier.
