Accepting clients for daytime appointments. I provide a supportive and safe environment where my clients can develop a healthier sense of self and resolve the challenges they are facing. I am a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and can guide you through work/life stress to achieve a better balance. I strive to promote self awareness and insight and teach the skills necessary to continue progress outside of the therapy session and I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat anxiety and depression. My specialties are addiction, women's issues, work/life balance, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and issues faced by members of law enforcement and their families. I enjoy helping clients empower themselves who are in unhealthy, codependent or abusive relationships.
