Do you have problems in your relationship with your significant other, family, or friends? Do you sometimes feel as if you are stuck inside your own head and can't escape your thoughts and feelings? In life, we find ways to be successful but that doesn't always translate to our relationships and own self worth and confidence. I help individuals and families who are struggling with bouts of depression and anxiety, or have gone through recent or past trauma feel as if there is a strength inside of them that can break through whatever is holding them back. What I love most about specializing in marriage and family therapy is the mindset that the person is not the "problem," the way the couple or family interact or communicate is what causes dysfunction. I provide a safe space without judgement to be honest and open, regardless of your lifestyle, sexuality or gender identity.
