My ideal client is someone who feels emotionally stuck, perhaps they’re carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, burnout, or self-doubt and they're ready to better understand what’s beneath it all. They often have a strong sense of responsibility to others but struggle to extend that same care inward. They may have a history of people-pleasing, unresolved trauma, or chronic stress that has made it hard to set boundaries or prioritize their own needs. What they want is to feel grounded, supported, and more in control of their emotional life. They’re not necessarily looking for quick fixes.
