Where do you begin when the life you’ve built no longer fits? Whether it’s a relationship, identity, job, or environment that no longer aligns, I help clients tune into what’s not working and what might need to shift. I have extensive experience supporting individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety and depression, exploring gender and sexual identity, engaging in non-monogamous relationships, living with chronic pain, and confronting existential dilemmas. It is a privilege to work alongside individuals and couples within my community, providing support for the LGBTQIA community and nontraditional relationships.
