I work with clients ages 13 and up, using a trauma-informed approach to create a safe and empowering space for growth. My focus is on helping people build healthy coping skills, strengthen their relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I’m passionate about guiding clients as they learn, heal, and become the best version of themselves.
