I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, OCD, and other mood disorders. I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with autism spectrum disorder, helping them embrace their strengths and navigate challenges. I meet clients where they are and allow them to take the lead in their journey.
