Difficulty, challenges, loss, transition....all these circumstances happen to each one of us and sometimes to the point where the weight is too much to bear alone. In those moments, no one should have to walk unaccompanied. Seeking therapy for the most minor or significant reasons is the very first step in working towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. Over the course of my clinical career I've had the honor and privilege to work with a diversity of clients battling their past traumatic experiences, grief, overwhelming stress and difficulty managing life's chaos and transitions. Additionally, I am specialized in working with ADHD and am strongly passionate towards working with the neurodiverse population.
