Whether you are feeling overwhelmed with anxiety or are navigating difficult relationships in life, I would love to collaborate with you towards your goals. I especially enjoy supporting clients undergoing life transitions, clients working on their relationship to self, and clients looking to process, heal, and grow from trauma. I appreciate each client’s background and identity, and integrate an understanding of the impacts of societal systems on the individual.
