My ideal clients are children and teens who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, misunderstood, and families who are ready to engage in the process of growth together. I want to be here for youth that struggle with feeling sad or feeling as though they don't enjoy life like they used to, experience chronic worry or anxiety, or find themselves navigating challenging life and family transitions. I enjoy working with clients and families who are open to collaboration, curious about change, and ready to take steps—big or small—toward their goals.
