As a therapist, my primary goal is to empower you to analyze and understand your past and present and direct your future. Sometimes this goal is best achieved through carefully examining and re-experiencing your past and other times, a present and future focused approach is best suited to get you where you want to be. You and I will determine that together, depending on your needs and goals in therapy. If you are struggling with dissatisfaction in relationships or at work, if you feel depressed or anxious and are unsure why, or if you find yourself bogged down by the past, I would love to hear from you and explore working together.
