Therapy is a place to be honest about challenges and explore ways to move forward. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I work with adults and children, helping clients understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building skills for meaningful change. I earned my Master’s Degree in School Counseling in 2016 and spent nearly a decade working in school settings before returning for my degree in Mental Health Counseling. These experiences guide my work, creating a space to slow down, feel understood, and make changes that are manageable, intentional, and lasting.
