I work with children, adults, and families facing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, school-related issues, trauma, and more. I believe life is both messy and beautiful— even in the hardest moments, there’s potential to discover your strength and grow in ways you didn’t think possible. I offer a supportive, no-pressure space where you can speak openly and feel heard without judgment. I especially enjoy working with parents, children and young adults to help build stronger, healthier family relationships.
