I'm an LPCC specializing in working with adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and OCD, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, ERP, CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic. I’ve worked in a variety of mental health settings, including individual and couples therapy, as well as treatment centers at the PHP and IOP levels of care. I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you're struggling with your mental health. In those moments, it’s easy to feel lost or out of control. I truly believe that healing is possible, and that you can reclaim your sense of direction and live a life that feels more like your own.
