In the wake of crisis or change, you may find yourself feeling more irritable and disconnected, less motivated and focused, and less in control over your thoughts and actions. These feelings can be distressing leaving you wanting to regain the peace you once had or to pave a new path forward. That is where our work together comes in. I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals who survived trauma and hardship. I specialize in trauma-focused, evidence-based practices and use attachment theory and psychodynamic approaches. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and pregnant and parenting individuals.
