I’m passionate about helping clients explore identity and self-worth, particularly during challenging life transitions. My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed, psychodynamic framework, while also drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I adapt my methods to fit each client’s unique needs and preferences. While addressing distressing symptoms is important, I believe meaningful, lasting change comes from going beyond symptom management.
