Welcome to You Matter Mental Health! I am a licensed social worker with foundations in working with children and adolescents and currently work most closely with adolescents and young adults. I am trained in CBT, DBT and IFS therapies and have interests working with neurodivergent teens and young adults, the LBGTQIA+ population, and individuals who have experienced trauma. In addition to one on one work, I also work closely with parents/families of my clients, and I facilitate many groups for teens and young adults.
