I personalize my services to the needs of my clients as my philosophy is that every person recognizes the importance to self-determine their own choices in an empowering environment. I have practiced for over 25 years, helping individuals and couples overcome difficulties and challenges. I provide counselling to adults and couples for a wide range of emotional, behavioral and trauma related issues to include depression, anxiety, grief, stress, divorce, anger and wellness. I have over 15 years experience helping our service members and their families deal with the stress of military life I provide counselling to adults and couples for a wide range of emotional, behavioral and trauma related issues to include depression, anxiety, grief, stress, divorce, anger and wellness.
