I’m Maritza, a bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor dedicated to creating a safe space where healing and self-discovery can unfold. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, even when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or stuck. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or challenges in relationships, therapy can be a place to feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we can work toward deeper self-understanding and finding ways to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I understand that healing is personal and unique. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, tailored to your needs. I am trained in EMDR and Sand Tray therapy and also integrate play, somatic, attachment-based, and CBT approaches to support your growth and healing.
