I will help you find your strengths, problem solve, learn new coping skills and learn new communication skills to use with your partner and loved ones. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctoral degree of psychology. I am EMDR Certified which helps healing trauma. I am also trained in CBT and DBT therapy. I provide therapy in English and Spanish and enjoy working with multicultural populations. I work with individuals, couples and families virtually OR in person.
