Life can feel heavy at times, and it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or unsure of what comes next. Therapy can be a space to slow down and begin making sense of everything you’ve been carrying. In our work together, we’ll create space to talk openly about what’s going on for you while exploring your experiences, self-concept, and the many roles you hold in life. Anxiety can show up quietly, often as constant overthinking, feeling on edge or restless, struggling with an active inner critic, or feeling emotionally and mentally exhausted.
