I utilize a variety of approaches to address and resolve isues. An approach must fit the individual as well as the problem. I work with adolescents, adults and families. I am certified in Cognitive/Behavioral therapy, short term therapy, as well as numerous other modalities. I work with many diagnoses including OCD, Bipolar Disorder, depression, loss/grief, ADD, ADHD and panic disorders. Occasionally there may not be a formal diagnosis-the problem may be one of learning how to more effectively communicate. Various techniques are addressed to help people strengthen relationships through words.
