I have been a Clinical Social Worker in Arizona for over 25 years. I work with youth, teens and adults wanting to function more fully or dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, pain, chronic illness (incl. Huntington's Disease), Perimenopause, & transitions. I am dedicated to steering clients to their own motivation and intuition to improve health, emotional wellness, and balance in life in all stages. I guide individuals to heal and self-actualize in a developmental, holistic, mindful, and authentic way through self-reflection and taking personal responsibility.
