About

I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety disorders, depression and other mood disorders, trauma, adjustment difficulties, those who want to improve work/ life balance, manage stress related to caregiving, & women's issues related to perimenopause and menopause. I also work with clients who are facing creative blocks, spiritual crises, religious trauma, challenges associated with physical illness, stress management difficulties, and self-esteem/ identity issues. My therapy practice is informed by my creative work, love of learning, & personal healing journey. I received a master's degree in art therapy from NYU & completed level 1 training as an IFS therapist with the IFS Institute. I have further training & interest in mindfulness practice/philosophy, somatic awareness, the polyvagal theory, & Jungian therapy.
