I'm deeply passionate about mental health and trained in various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness practices, narrative therapy, theraplay, and non-directive play therapy. In essence, my therapy practice revolves around building a strong therapeutic alliance as the foundation.
