I have been a therapist since 2014 and became a therapist because of my own experience of being heard and seen with my own therapists. My approach is to help you create a safe space where you are able to share your thoughts and feelings without feeling judged. I like to work from a parts perspective with the belief that who we are, whether we like it or not, began its formation before we had language, in childhood. I encourage you to open up to feel your feelings.
