I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience providing therapy and supportive services to adults and older adolescents with anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. I am well-versed in interpersonal and relationship issues, drug/alcohol addiction, stressful life transitions, and grief/loss. Additionally, I provide therapy and skills training for individuals living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I enjoy working with individuals who are interested in exploring the challenges, behaviors, and/or mindsets that are causing distress. I enter the therapeutic relationship with a person-centered psychodynamic approach and then tailor the therapy process to what is needed to effect positive change.
