I can help you figure out ways to cope with anxious and depressing feelings; develop an understanding of the causes for these feelings; and provide a course of action that results in change. I have experience working with adults of all ages who are confronting the challenges caused by loss, loneliness, life transitions, work issues, marriage and parenting. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to grow and change.I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches; CBT, interpersonal therapy, attachment theory and insight oriented psychotherapy.
