I work with children, adolescents, and adults in helping them work through various difficulties such as divorce, death, pet loss, and other life challenges. Most of my clients are experiencing some kind of change or loss and they need support while they are going through difficult situations. I teach them new coping strategies and encourage them to practice these new coping tools as much as possible.
