Hello and welcome. I'm a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping people navigate life's challenges. More importantly, I genuinely care about helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered. I use evidence-based approaches to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, and more. My background spans hospitals, crisis hotlines, psychiatric facilities, intensive outpatient programs and outpatient clinics - each one has deepened my understanding and compassion.
