I believe healing is possible for everyone, no matter how heavy the past feels. Life’s challenges, whether rooted in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, or relationships, can leave us feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. My goal is to offer a safe, inclusive space where you can explore your story, embrace your strengths, and begin building the life you want. My professional experience includes working with youth and families at the Center for Trans Youth Health and Development, supporting children and adolescents in foster care agencies, and providing therapy and wellness support in college settings.
