I specialize in working with all ages of people who may struggle with stress, management of thoughts and emotions, and relationship difficulty. I help by tailoring a variety of treatment methods to treat anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, OCD, scrupulosity, intrusive thoughts, chronic pain, and ADHD. In our first few sessions, we will work on understanding your condition as well as techniques that may be helpful. Then we can hone in on your specific goals and needs.
