My ideal client is an individual experiencing issues of anxiety, depression, anger management, substance abuse and familial stress. Many of my clients are veterans, police officers, fire fighters, teachers, 1st responders and spouses / children of individuals working in these stressful professions. Their goals would be to learn ways to reduce symptoms and improve relationships in order to live a more peaceful life.
