I have expertise treating addictive behavior, sexual difficulties, mood disorders and have helped many people overcome challenges with unhealthy lifestyle habits, relationship conflict, career transitions and attention deficit disorder (ADD). I will work closely and collaboratively with you to identify barriers and help you overcome obstacles to enhance your health and improve your relationships and quality of life. I draw from many therapy perspectives including CBT and choose those that will work best for the problems presented. Sessions are pragmatic and combine insight with learning new approaches to facilitate change.
