My passion is to help men understand what they want from life and to address what is getting in the way. Issues that get in the way include addictions of all kinds, depression, anxiety, and anger. Perhaps a partner is unhappy and suggests change needs to happen and soon, or else. Asking for help is often the most difficult decision for men to make. The pain and fear we feel tells us something is wrong. But if we ask for help what does it say about us? Shouldn't we be able to handle this on our own?
