My name is Mark Izquierdo-Gallegos, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles County. I enjoy working with adults who need help with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and/or trauma, often using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients reach their goals. I believe understanding my clients' needs is crucial to determine what type of therapy is best to use. I do take an eclectic approach in order to best serve the needs of my clients, however, Cognitive Behavioral therapy is what I use most.
