If your world has been turned upside-down, either from loss or life's hardships, let's connect. My hope is to be a first step in overcoming feelings of isolation and loneliness. Learning new life skills and practicing what it means to trust are foundational in moving forward in personal growth and relationships. I work with those dealing with loss, depression, anxiety, trauma and other life-controlling issues. My goal, together with you, is to develop a path forward. I help individuals & couples pursue change that brings health and healing. Insight is helpful, but change comes through a new experience.
