Fortunately, with the right tools, people have an immense capacity to heal, grow, and live fulfilling lives. My focus is helping clients with depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, mixed-race identity, relationship, and other issues in order to enjoy greater peace, balance, and connection. I work with adults, youth, couples, and families and am eager to assist clients of all ages, races, cultures, and identities.
