“Life is difficult." So reads the first line of M. Scott Peck's classic book, "The Road Less Traveled," and so it is in our own lives. All of us have to travel difficult roads, and there are times during which we need companions on the journey. I am grateful to be in a position in which I can journey alongside my clients to help them cope, heal, and become stronger and more resilient. Depending on the needs of my clients, I use a blend of therapeutic theories and methods including those of cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness meditation, psychodynamic, and EMDR.
