My clients are often people navigating transitions—starting college, changing careers, facing relationship challenges, or moving through grief and loss. They may feel stuck, uncertain, or weighed down by anxiety or depression. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to explore what matters most and find ways to live with greater clarity and intention. I am a doctoral intern gaining additional supervised experience in the field of clinical psychology as a doctoral extern at Psychology Specialists of Maine, and I bring enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to the therapy process.
