I work with adults who want to understand themselves and how their history has shaped their lives. Many of the people I see live with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, or simply feeling stuck. Some are navigating intense moods or emotions that feel hard to manage. I also work with queer people shaped by families and cultures that aren't always welcoming, as well as couples and partners who want to understand their deeper patterns and move on from unhelpful dynamics. You do not have to make sense of these experiences on your own. My approach to therapy is based on three ideas: curiosity, generosity and creativity.
