I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, dually licensed in NY and NJ, and I specialize in individual and couples therapy. I have over 20 years experience in anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, and substance use. My areas of focus include: anger management, relationship conflicts, men’s mental health, challenging family dynamics, self-esteem issues, ADHD, OCD and trauma. Within couples therapy, I typically work with those experiencing communication and generational issues as well as infidelity and high conflict. The modality I draw from primarily is EFT which helps illuminate the issues underlying the conflict.
