I specialize in supporting adults, adolescents, veterans, and families who are struggling with substance use disorders, process addictions, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, self-esteem issues, shame, and grief/loss. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families in both mental health treatment facilities and substance use treatment centers. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
