Therapy is an opportunity to be seen and heard, to heal and to grow, and to discover ALL that you are. I provide a supportive space for you to identify what you want from your life, relationships, and career, and to recognize what's holding you back. Relational challenges are my expertise: particularly with partners, careers, and/or families of origin. My training as an actor helps me to listen to every "scene partner" who enters my office with fresh, non-judgmental ears. I work with individual adults, adolescents, and couples. And I also offer clinical supervision for therapists seeking mentoring, consultation, or clinical support.
